Learn about how Enoch Pratt Free Library and Baltimore County Public Library are working together regionally to establish unified service for budding and new entrepreneurs. Working with partners, we’ve established a framework for service that focuses on meeting the information/technical assistance needs of regional small business entrepreneurs, especially solopreneurs. Hear about the steps to develop the successful Entrepreneur Academy, including identifying and defining the target audience’s need and coordinating existing regional resources, partnerships with state and local government, regional associations, and organizations who understand small business entrepreneurs.
